Grace gently guides you through the ancient practice of breath work and vocal toning. Participation in the experience entrains you to a heart centered resonance. Using your voice you co-create in a transformative soundscape. Silence is the meditative state that follows the vocal toning to integrate with the harmonic resonant field. The intention of this practice is to return to the stillness within.
The combination of these practices are widely know to benefit the "rest & digest" parts of our Vagus Nerve System, allowing enhancement of our energetic and physical being.

Please join Saewon Oh of Sun Song and sound healer Grace Oh for an evening of healing vibrations interwoven with the plant world. We will begin with a flower essence herbal tea ceremony to attune with our plant kin followed by a restorative reiki infused sound bath to integrate their vibrational medicine.
The sound bath will include an amalgam of Ocean Drum, Gong, Crystal Bowl, Crystal Harp, Chimes and Lumerian Tuning Forks.
